When I returned from Europe after running COLT, I joined Fidelity Ventures as a Venture Partner to scout my next position. From this viewpoint, I could leverage Fidelity’s network to meet with many companies, and ultimately decided to join as CEO of MindSHIFT, a provider of managed IT infrastructure services to small and medium sized organizations. Fidelity really understands the service business, and I saw them as a natural partner to invest in MindShift. Their understanding of emerging technology and its practical application within the business world is an asset to any management team.
