Elizabeth Ramos is senior vice president of Human Resources for Fidelity Ventures. Ms. Ramos is responsible for guiding and supporting the partner teams of Fidelity Ventures, Fidelity Partners and Fidelity Biosciences in developing human capital strategies, structures and processes.

Liz earned an MBA with First Year Honors from Harvard Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in international economics from DePauw University. Prior to taking her business school degree, Liz worked in domestic and international lending for Indiana National Bank and taught business courses at the college level.
