| February 25, 2008— GeoLearning Secures $31 Million Investment from Fidelity Ventures
GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of Managed Learning Services
and on–demand learning and performance platforms, today announced
that it has secured a growth equity investment of $31 million from
Fidelity Ventures. The funds, which represent the first institutional
investment for GeoLearning, will be utilized to accelerate the company’s
sales and marketing efforts, continue to build its international presence and
channel partner network, and potential acquisitions.

19, 2007— RedBrick Health Completes $15 Million
Series B Financing Led by Fidelity Ventures
RedBrick Health, a health services company that is leading
the transition from employer sponsored health care to
Consumer-Owned Health, announced today the closing of
a $15 million Series B preferred stock financing. The
financing was led by Fidelity Ventures and included
existing investors Highland Capital Partners and Versant
Ventures. In connection with the financing, Dave Power,
a partner at Fidelity Ventures, will join RedBrick Health's
board of directors.

from Fidelity Ventures
The New Orleans Exchange announced today that Fidelity
Ventures has made an investment in the company. The
New Orleans Exchange is America's first centralized
marketplace for providing quick and efficient access
to working capital for small and middle market companies.
The company is preparing to launch its initial exchange,
The Receivables Exchange, America's first online exchange
for buying and selling commercial receivables.

27, 2007— BridgeCo Closes $17M in Latest Venture
Finance Round
BridgeCo Inc. (www.bridgeco.com), a leading provider
of digital home networking solutions, recently closed
a venture financing round. The provider of processor
IC and software platforms that connect consumer electronics
to computers and the Internet over home networks raised
$17 million. ETV Capital joined all of BridgeCo’s
existing investors in this latest round.

20, 2007— Prosper Raises $20M in Series C Financing
US online person-to-person loan exchange Prosper has
raised $20 million in a series c financing round led
by DAG Ventures and Meritech Capital Partners. Accel
Partners, Benchmark Capital, Fidelity Ventures and Omidyar
Network also participated in the funding round, which
brings the total amount of capital raised by Prosper
to $40 million.

EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), the world leader in information

acquired Verid, Inc., a privately held information security
technology leader based in Florida that delivers knowledge-based
